The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be resurfacing 5 miles of M-3 (Gratiot Avenue/23 Mile Road), upgrading sidewalk curb ramps, improving drainage, repairing guardrail, and restriping permanent pavement markings in the townships of Clinton, Macomb and Chesterfield.
